摘　　要：目的:调查西藏拉萨地区孕妇的贫血状况及饮食结构,探讨贫血发生相关因素。方法:收集2019年9月至12月在西藏拉萨某医院进行孕期检查的285例藏族孕妇的孕周及血红蛋白检测结果,随机抽取100例孕妇进行一般信息、产检次数及膳食结构问卷调查,贫血判定依据世界卫生组织(WHO)标准按拉萨市(平均海拔3750 m)进行校正。结果:该医院孕妇贫血检出率为33.7%,贫血的发生与孕期、文化程度、月平均收入、孕早期是否服用叶酸及饮食结构相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇贫血率较高,孕晚期检出率最高。贫血的发生与诸多因素有关,饮食习惯影响较为明显,探讨更为合理和极具高原特色的膳食模式,对预防孕妇贫血发生具有重要的公共卫生意义。Objective:To investigate the anemia status and diet structure of pregnant women in Lhasa,and to ex⁃plore the factors related to anemia.Methods:The gestational age and hemoglobin test results of 285 Tibetan pregnant women in a hospital in Lhasa from September to December 2019 were collected.100 pregnant women were randomly selected for a questionnaire on general information,frequency of prenatal tests and diet structure.Anemia determination was calibrated according to the World Health Organization(WHO)standard revising by the altitude of Lhasa(3750 m).Results:The detection rate of anemia in pregnant women in the hospital was 33.7%.The incidence of anemia was related to pregnancy,education level,average monthly income,folic acid in⁃take in early pregnancy and diet structure,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anemia rate of pregnant women is high,and the detection rate in late pregnancy is the highest in Lhasa.The incidence of anemia is related to many factors,and the influence of diet structure is obvious.Therefore,a more reasonable and highly high altitude diet structure should be explored,which has important public health signifi⁃cance for preventing anemia in pregnant women.
