摘　　要：公路大跨度50m简支T梁作为桥梁承受荷载的关键构件,关系到人民生命财产安全,对施工预制的质量要求非常严格。因大跨度梁体预制施工的工序繁多、技术复杂,在施工时容易出现各种质量问题。本项目通过经验借鉴、技术创新及工艺优化,不仅保证了大跨度50m简支T梁的预制质量,且加快了制梁速度,降低了施工成本。As the key component of the bridge with a large span of 50m,simply supported T-beams are related to the safety of people's lives and properties.The quality requirements for construction prefabrication are very strict.Due to the large-span beam prefabrication construction process is numerous and the technology is complicated,various quality problems are prone to occur during construction.Through experience reference,technological innovation and process optimization,this project not only guarantees the prefabrication quality of the large-span 50m simply supported T-beam,but also speeds up the beam making speed and reduces the construction cost.
