摘  要:高硫减渣通过悬浮床加氢裂化装置进行加氢裂化实验研究,文中重点就高硫减渣在不同温度、压力条件下进行对比性实验研究。研究表明随着温度的升高,热裂化反应不断加剧,C_(1)-C_(4)低碳烃的产率相应提高,加氢裂化反应也有一定程度的提高,氢耗也有一定程度的提高;相同温度下提高反应压力有利用加氢裂化反应的发生,进而促进>525℃渣油组分转化率、液收及脱硫率的提高,抑制了C_(1)_C_(4)低碳烃的生成。The hydrocracking experiments of high-sulfur vacuum residue were carried out in a suspension bed hydrocracking unit.This paper carried out the comparative experiments on high-sulfur vacuum residue at different temperatures and pressures.The results showed that,with the increase of temperature,the thermal cracking reaction continuously intensified and yield of C_(1)-C_(4) low carbon hydrocarbon increased,the hydrocracking reaction increased and the hydrogen consumption increases,to a certain extent;also,increasing the reaction pressure at the same temperature can be beneficial to the hydrocracking reaction and improve the fraction conversion,liquid yield and desulfurization rate of residue oil above 525℃,and restrain the formation of C_(1)-C(4) low carbon hydrocarbon.
