摘 要:文中针对燃煤飞灰造成环境污染,以碳氢研究中心中式循环流化床装置产生的飞灰为原料,以润湿效果为指标,通过实验得出,南京大学提供的灰润湿剂对灰有良好的润湿效果。通过激光粒度仪测试相同实验条件下,不同浓度灰润湿剂中悬浮液飞灰颗粒粒径的分布。结果表明:润湿剂浓度低于0.5%以下时,随着润湿剂浓度的增大润湿性能增大效果明显;润湿剂浓度从0.5%增大到1%时,润湿性能随浓度增大变化不明显。In view of the environmental pollution caused by coal-fired flying ash,this paper took the flying ash produced by CFB in research center as raw material and the wetting effect as index to conduct an experiment.The results showed that the ash wetting agent provided by Nanjing University had a good wetting effect on ash.The particle size distribution of suspension flying ash in different concentrations of ash wetting agent under the same experimental conditions was tested by laser particle analyzer.The results showed that,when the wetting agent concentration was lower than 0.5%,the wetting performance increased obviously with the increase of the wetting agent concentration;when the wetting agent concentration increases from 0.5%to 1%,the wetting performance did not change significantly with the increase of the concentration.
