摘　　要：在聚醚化工装置中,由于反应物料中的苯乙烯、丙烯腈等对人体危害较大,输送此类物料需要采用磁力泵或屏蔽泵;但苯乙烯和丙烯腈易发生聚合反应产生小颗粒,无法使用屏蔽泵,故只能使用磁力泵。同时在工艺流程中对于输送此类物料的泵有特殊要求:(1)较大的冷却间隙,防止聚合反应产生的颗粒将冷却通道堵塞;(2)2 min之内的干运转;(3)安全防护及监控措施,采用双隔离套或单隔离套+干式密封结构。聚醚化工装置中磁力泵的选用需要考虑输送物料的特性及相关工艺要求。In the polyether chemical plant,the styrene,acrylonitrile and other materials harm to human body was generally con⁃veyed by magnetic pump or canned motor pump;however,styrene and acrylonitrile were prone to polymerization reaction to produce small particles,so only magnetic pump can be used rather than canned motor pump.Meanwhile,in the process of conveying such materials,it had specific requirements on pumps:(1)large cooling gap to prevent the polymerization of particles generated from blocking the cooling channel;(2)dry operation within 2 min;(3)safety protection and monitoring measures,using double isolation sleeve or single isolation sleeve+dry seal structure.The selection of magnetic pump in polyether chemical plant was required to consider the characteristics of conveying materials and related technological requirements.
