摘  要:对催化裂化装置烟气脱硫(WGS湿法脱硫工艺)洗涤塔入口处非金属膨胀节泄漏及文丘里管振动原因进行分析,并对洗涤塔入口管道进行优化改造。改造实施后烟气脱硫文丘里管入口膨胀节渗漏彻底消除,管线振动明显减弱,杜绝了安全隐患,避免对该区域地面及构架基础的腐蚀损坏,有效降低了环保风险,同时满足了环境及生产要求。The reasons of leakage of nonmetallic expansion joint and vibration of venturi tube in the inlet pipelines of scrubber tow⁃er in FCC flue gas desulfurization(WGS wet desulphurization process)were analyzed,and the inlet pipelines of scrubber tower was optimized and reformed.After the implementation of the transformation,it completely eliminated the leakage of flue gas desulfuriza⁃tion venturi inlet expansion joint,obviously weakened the pipeline vibration,eliminated the safety hidden trouble,avoided the corro⁃sion damage to the ground and the framework foundation in this area,effectively reduced environmental protection risks,and met the requirements of environmental protection and production.
