摘　　要：城市社区治理是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,其现代化是国家治理现代化的必要前提和内在要求。经过70多年的不懈探索与广泛实践,我国城市社区治理取得了可喜成绩。新时代我国社会主要矛盾发生变化,城市发展也随之进入一个新的历史阶段,这对城市社区治理和建设提出了新的要求和议题。探讨新时代城市社区治理的整体结构,是研究当下城市社区治理的起点和基础。基于社会主要矛盾变化的现实,分析城市社区治理的宏观背景、中观环境与微观基础,以及社会主要矛盾变化给城市社区治理带来的新形势、提出的新要求与面对的新挑战,具有重要的现实意义。Urban community governance is an important part of the national governance system,and its modernization is the necessary premise and internal requirement of the modernization of national governance.After more than 70 years of unremitting exploration and extensive practice,China’s urban community governance has achieved gratifying results.In the new era,the main contradiction of Chinese society has changed,and the urban governance and development has entered a new historical stage,which puts forward the new requirements and issues for urban community governance and construction.To explore the overall structure of urban community governance in the new era is the starting point and foundation of studying current urban community governance.It is of great practical significance to analyze the macro background,mesco environment and micro foundation of urban community governance,as well as the new situation,new requirements and new challenges brought by the change of social principal contradiction to urban community governance.
