摘　　要：青年马克思主义人才培养工程是共青团组织为培养优秀青年学生群体和具有中国特色社会主义主要战略思想的一项长期教育工程。该项目的目的是开发和培训:使一群对社会主义怀有坚定信念的年轻人成为中国共产党和我国的合格建设者和可靠的继承者。文章在前人研究的基础上,旨在对普通高等学校中医学院校的青年马克思主义者培养工程的建设问题展开分析和研究。让普通高等医学院校成为我国医学人才培养的重要基地,赋予其培养新时代医学青年马克思主义者方面重大的使命。分析普通高等医学院校培训发展大学生马克思主义者的重要性,并提出普通高等医学院校青年马克思主义者培训工程的现状和面临待解决的问题,主要问题有青年马克思主义者培养工程学习模式固化、流程机械化;理论学习无法深入渗透;社会实践限制范围较多,无法获取更多的社会焦点关注等,针对以上问题给出青年马克思主义者培养工程建设新建议。The youth Marxist talent training project is a long-term education project of the Communist Youth League to cultivate excellent young students and the main strategic thinking of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The aim of the project is to develop and train a group of young people with firm faith in socialism to become qualified builders and reliable successors of the Communist Party of China and our country.On the basis of previous studies,this paper aims to analyze and study the construction of young Marxists training project in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Let medical colleges and universities become an important base of medical personnel training in China,and give them a great mission in training young medical Marxists in the new era.This paper analyzes the importance of training and developing college students’Marxists in general medical colleges and universities,and puts forward the current situation of the training project for Young Marxists in medical colleges and universities and the problems to be solved.The main problems are that the learning mode of young Marxists training engineering is solidified and the process is mechanized;theoretical learning cannot be deeply penetrated;social practice has many limitations,In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward new suggestions for the construction of young Marxist training project.
