摘  要:目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)检查在膝关节损伤诊断中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年5月—2020年8月收治的膝关节损伤患者82例进行研究,随机分组,41例是参照组,41例是试验组,参照组应用CT检查,试验组应用MRI检查。对于两组患者的检出结果、并发症情况、接受病情诊断的准确率。结果试验组患者检出结果情况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症检出情况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者接受病情诊断的准确率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节损伤诊断中磁共振成像的应用效果较好,有着较高的应用,与CT检查相比,磁共振成像的准确性更高,图像显示更加清晰,方便观察,可以为膝关节损伤的临床诊断提供更加准确的依据。Objective To explore the application effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination in the diagnosis of knee injury.Methods 82 patients with knee injury treated from May 2019 to August 2020 were studied and randomly divided into reference and experimental groups with 41 patients each.The reference group applies CT inspection,and the experimental group applies MRI inspection.The detection results,complications and accuracy of the diagnosis of the two groups of patients.Results The results was better than the reference group,(P<0.05).Complications were detected better in the experimental group than in the reference group,(P<0.05).More accurate in the experimental group than in the reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has better application effect and higher application,etc.Compared with CT examination,MRI with higher accuracy,clearer image display and convenient observation can provide a more accurate basis for the clinical diagnosis of knee injury.
