摘 要:目的通过3D打印技术制得钛合金,并构建出微米级多孔粗糙表面,再通过阳极氧化表面处理技术在微米级多孔粗糙表面构建出纳米级结构。方法首先,通过高压水处理与酸蚀处理相结合的方法,对3D打印钛合金表面进行前处理,去除不良结合的球形粉末颗粒,降低3D打印钛合金表面的粗糙度及各向异性。然后,通过阳极氧化处理,在3D打印钛合金表面制备出具有纳米级孔洞的TiO_(2)类骨膜层。结果3D打印钛合金表面存在较大的各向异性,导致后续的电化学过程中电场放电不均匀,形成的TiO_(2)类骨膜层稳定性差,而阳极氧化的前处理方法可有效解决这些问题。此外,纳米多孔结构抑制了阳极氧化处理中不稳定放电现象的发生,保证了膜层表面颜色的均匀性,且使膜层与钛或钛合金结合牢固,可在3D打印钛合金表面构建纳米级膜层结构。结论该工艺方法制备的3D打印钛合金表面膜层的成膜速率和稳定性较好,膜层呈三维网状结构,大孔内附有小孔。该结构有利于细胞在其表面更好地粘附、分化和增殖,是理想的医用植入材料。Micron-level porous rough surface was firstly constructed on the surface of titanium alloy by 3D-printing technology,and then nano-level structure was constructed on the micron-level porous rough surface by surface technology.Firstly,the surface of 3D-printed titanium alloy was pretreated by the combination of high pressure water treatment and acid etching treatment to remove the spherical powder particles with bad bonding and reduce the surface roughness and anisotropy of 3D-printed titanium alloy.Then,through anodic oxidation treatment,TiO_(2)periosteum layer with nanoscale holes was prepared on the surface of 3D-printed titanium alloy.This preparation method solves the problems of large anisotropy on the surface of 3D printed titanium alloy,which leads to uneven electric field discharge in the subsequent electrochemical process and poor stability of TiO_(2)-like periosteum layer formation.The occurrence of unstable discharge in anodic oxidation treatment is inhibited,the surface color of the film is uniform,and it is firmly combined with titanium or titanium alloy.Thus,the nano-layer structure of 3D printed titanium alloy micro-surface is constructed.As a result,the film formation rate and stability of 3D-printed titanium alloy surface film prepared by this process are good,it's a three-dimensional network,there are small holes in the big hole,the structure is conducive to cell adhesion,differentiation and proliferation on its surface,and is an ideal medical implant material.
