摘 要:采用分散法制备钴蓝陶瓷墨水,通过单因素实验探讨了溶剂体系以及分散剂的种类对于陶瓷墨水稳定性能的影响,利用表面张力仪、激光粒度分布仪、旋转黏度计、酸度计来表征陶瓷墨水的理化性能。结果表明:使用自主配置溶剂D制备的墨水稳定性最好,适应范围最广;在相同条件下,使用分散剂Tech-5350时分散效果最好,不仅能够很好地阻止颗粒之间的团聚,而且能够保证体系的黏度和稳定性。实验制备的陶瓷墨水平均粒径为326 nm,pH为7.06。45℃时黏度为18.8 mPa·s,25℃时黏度为31.6 mPa·s,表面张力为26.7 mN·m^(–1),与国外某公司生产的墨水性能接近,能够满足实际生产喷墨打印要求。Cobalt blue ceramic ink was prepared by dispersion method.The influence of different solvents and dispersants on the stability of ceramic ink was discussed via single factor experiment.The physical and chemical properties of ceramic ink were characterized by surface tensionmeter,rotational viscometer and acidity meter,separately.The results showed that the ink possessed the most stability,and the widest adaptability to dispersants using D as solvent.Under the same conditions,the dispersion of the ink was best in the presence of dispersant Tech-5350,which could not only prevent the aggregation of particles,but also maintain the viscosity and stability of the ink system.The optimal result of the ceramic ink was obtained in the condition of the average particle size of 326 nm and pH=7.06.The viscosities of as-prepared sample were 18.8 mPas and 31.6 mPas at 45℃ and 25℃,respectively.Besides,the surface tension of obtained ink was 26.7mNm^(-1) at room temperature.The above properties were closed to that of the products of foreign companies.Therefore,the as-synthesized ceramic ink can meet the requirements of practical production.
