摘  要:文中提出了一种仅利用有限个PMU对输电线路实现广域保护。在满足故障完全可观性的条件下,利用二进制整数线性规划求解PMU最小数量,计算装有PMU节点的正序电压幅值的最大与最小瞬时值之差的绝对值,得到该绝对值最大的节点,利用基尔霍夫电流定律确定故障距离以及故障线路,在IEEE9节点系统上的仿真验证了所提模型的有效性,在不同负荷水平、外部故障、频率波动、量测和同步误差、不同故障类型以及故障初相角下都有较高的鲁棒性。A wide-area backup protection approach for power transmission lines using limited number of synchronized PMUs is proposed in this paper.Firstly,binary integral linear programming is utilized for determining the minimum number of PMUs to obtain complete fault observability.Secondly,for each cycle,the absolute difference between the maximum and the minimum instantaneous values of positive-sequence voltage magnitudes at each bus equipped with PMUs is calculated.Subsequently,the bus corresponding to the maximum absolute difference is determined.Then,Kirchhoff current law(KCL)and accurate analytical equation are employed to determine the faulty line as well as the fault location.Finally,the model is simulated in IEEE 9 node system,and the effectiveness of the model is demonstrated,which has high robustness under different load levels,external faults,frequency fluctuations,measurement and synchronization errors,different fault types and initial phase angles.
