摘  要:随着光伏发电等分布式能源的普及应用,电能表在现场运行中可能会频繁遇到电能双向变化的情况,而在当前电能表的标准体系中,涉及双向电能计量的要求只规定了正向或者反向下电能表的电能计量准确度,并未对双向切换时的电能计量准确度做出明确要求。文中提出了电能表双向计量的试验模型,基于该模型分析出现有电能计量算法的缺陷,并提出了改进算法一以快速脉冲为单位进行正反电能抵消。改进算法二直接以功率区分方向进行电能累计。经过仿真实验表明:改进的电能表电能计量算法能够很好地满足双向计量频繁切换的应用,解决了现有电能表在双向电能频繁变化时会抵消较多的电能,导致电能计量超差的情况。With the popularization and application of photovoltaic power generation distributed energy,the smart meter may encounter the situation of bidirectional change of electric energy frequently in the field operation.In the current standard system of smart meters,the requirements concerning energy measurement in two directions only specify the accuracy of energy measurement in the forward or reverse direction,but don’t make clear requirements for the accuracy of electric energy measurement in the case of bidirectional switching.This paper presents a bidirectional measurement model of smart meters and analyses the defects of the algorithm.The improved algorithm one is proposed to cancel the positive and negative electric energy in the unit of fast pulse.The second algorithm is improved,which can directly accumulate electric energy in the direction of power differentiation.Through simulation,the improved algorithm can meet the application of frequent switching of bidirectional metering,and solve the problem that the existing meter will offset more electric energy when the bidirectional energy changes frequently,which leads to the error of electric energy measurement.
