摘　　要：本文建立了一种气相色谱测定塑料玩具甲酰胺(Formamide)及其衍生物N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)的方法。样品采用乙酸乙酯超声波提取,经过旋转蒸发仪浓缩后定容至5.0 mL,进入气相色谱仪测定,选取HP-INNOWAX作为分析色谱柱。实验结果表明,甲酰胺、DMF和DMA的回收率均在90%以上,甲酰胺、DMF和DMA方法检出限均为0.1 mg/kg。该方法前处理简便,检测的精密度和准确度较高,检出限较低,适用于玩具塑料中甲酰胺、DMF和DMA的测定。Gas chromatography was applied to determine the Formamide and its derivatives N,N-Dimethylformamide and N,N-Dimethylacetamide in plastic toys.The samples were extracted ultrasonically with ethyl acetate and the extract was concentrated in a rotary evaporator.After diluting to 5.0 mL with ethyl acetate,the solution was used for GC analysis.HP-INNOWAX column was used for separation capillary.The results show that the recoveries were over 90%,the detection limits of Formamide,DMF and DMA were above 0.1 mg/kg.This method had the advantages of simple pretreatment,high precision and accuracy,and low detection limit,it was suitable for the determination of formamide,DMF and DMA in toy plastics.
