摘 要:本文通过对饮用水中亚硝酸盐离子色谱法和光度法测定结果的比较分析,建立了一种更可靠、更便捷的日常检测方法。选取某市经过处理的生活饮用水,分别采用离子色谱法和光度法测定其中亚硝酸盐含量,比较2种方法的测定结果。结果显示,2种方法测定结果的差异无统计学意义,检测结果均满足要求。其中,离子色谱法精密度和加标回收率为0.16%~0.74%和97.1%~99.8%;光度法精密度和加标回收率为1.15%~3.00%和95.4%~99.1%。由此可见,2种方法均能满足日常监测要求,但离子色谱法具有操作简便、测定过程快速、消耗试剂少、对环境友好、可与多种阴离子同时测定的优点,更利于日常检测。The purpose was to built a more reliable and convenient method for daily determination of nitrite in drinking water by comparing and analyzing the results of nitrite ion chromatography and photometry.The contents of nitrite in treated drinking water of a certain city were determined by ion chromatography and photometry respectively,and the results of the two methods were compared.The comparing results showed that the difference between the two methods was not statistically significant,and the results also met the requirements.The precision and standard recovery of ion chromatography was 0.16%~0.74%and 97.1%~99.8%,the precision and standard recovery of photometry was 1.15%~3.00%and 95.4%~99.1%.Both methods can meet the requirements of daily monitoring,but the advantages of ion chromatography is simple operation,rapid determination process,less reagent consumption,and environmental friendliness.Meanwhile,it can realize simultaneous determination with multiple anions,which is more beneficial to daily detection.
