摘　　要：本文利用不确定度来源分析的理念,分析ELISA测定中不确定度的来源,确定影响ELISA试验结果的因素及对每个影响环节进行规范控制,有利于实验室的质量控制和提高检测质量。Using the concept of uncertainty source analysis,this paper analyzes the sources of uncertainty in ELISA determination,determines the factors that influence the result of ELISA test,and carries on the standard control to each influence link,it is beneficial to the quality control of the laboratory and the improvement of the test quality.
