摘 要:粗格栅和进水泵房因结构形式简单而未受到设计人员的足够重视,而且现有文献对于其详细设计的介绍也鲜有报道。基于此,结合某污水厂实际案例,对粗格栅和进水泵房的进水渠道、集水池有效容积和二者的衔接形式等进行了分析。结果表明:在考虑不间断进水的情况下,当进水流量为0.6-K_(z)倍污水厂设计规模的情况下,所需集水池容积最大(为最大1台水泵2.5 min的流量),可节省占地面积和池容;对串联孔洞式和渐扩式2种衔接形式进行比较后认为,串联孔洞式更有利于厂平面的布置优化,可提高厂平面面积利用率。Coarse screen and intake pump house have not been paid enough attention by designer because of their simple structures.There are few intuoduction of detailed design in existing literatures.Combined with a wastewater treatment plant,inlet channels of coarse grid and intake pump house,effective volume of collecting tank and their connection form are analyzed.The results show when the inflow flow is 0.6—K_(z) times of design scale without interruption of water inflow,the required volume of the collection tank is the largest(flow of the maximum flow of one pump for 2.5 min),and can save occupied area and tank volume;Compared two connection types of series cavity and gradual expansion,he series cavity is considered to be more advantageous for optimization of plant plane layout.And utilization ratio of plant plane area can be improved.
