摘 要:底框结构建筑物属于“上刚下柔”体系,在受到临近工程施工影响时,变形响应强烈,易造成较大影响。以北京某典型市政电力工程临近底框结构建筑物施工为例,在对建筑物进行详细检测的基础上,提出了变形控制标准,并应用有限元模拟方法对其变形特征进行了深入研究。市政电力工程临近底框结构建筑物施工前,应进行现状检查检测,明确建筑物既有变形量;在选择底框结构建筑物变形控制标准时,应同时考虑底层框架结构和上层砌体结构变形的影响,从严取值;在明确变形控制标准的基础上,应采用数值模拟方法,计算出建筑物最大沉降量及差异沉降是否在变形允许值范围内,为改进设计方案及后续施工提供参考。Bottom frame structure building belongs to“upper rigid and lower flexible”system.When affected by adjacent construction,it will deform strongly and cause great influence.In this paper,the adject bottom frame structure of a typical municipal power project in Beijing is taken as an example.Based on the detailed detection of the building,the deformation control standard is proposed,and the deformation characteristics are studied deeply by finite element simulation method.Before the construction of municipal power engineering near the bottom frame structure building,the status inspection and detection should be carried out to clarify the existing deformation of the building.When the deformation control standard of the bottom frame structure building is selected,both influence of the bottom frame structure deformation and the upper masonry structure should be considered at the same time,and the value should be taken strictly.On the base of clarifying the deformation control standard,the numerical simulation method should be used to calculate whether the maximum settlement and the differential settlement of the building are within the allowable deformation value to provide reference for design scheme improvment and subsequent construction.
