摘 要:航天器低频电缆的导通性能是保证电缆高质量传递信息的基础。为了解决常规测试装置测试效率低、测试线线阻较大等问题,本文利用铅锡焊接技术研制改进了航天器低频电缆测试装置,将单根多股导线优化为多根多股导线,测试端采用了多规格插针端和插孔端,以适应不同型号的电连接器。此外,本装置的测试端增加了测试勾,可同时实现热控元器件阻值的测量。提升了测试效率和低频电缆导通测试的可靠性及稳定性,同时降低了测试线的线阻。目前本文所研制的航天器低频电缆测试装置已经在航天器各领域得到广泛应用。The conduction performance of the spacecraft’s low frequency cable is the basis for ensuring the highquality transmission of information by the cable.In order to solve the problem of low test efficiency of conventional testing devices and large resistance of conventional testing wires,this paper uses lead-tin welding technology to develop an improved spacecraft low-frequency cable testing device.The improved testing device optimizes a single multi-strand wire into multiple multi-strand wires,and the testing end adopts a multi-specification pin end and jack end to adapt different types of electrical connectors.In addition,the testing end of the testing device developed in this paper adds a testing hook,which simultaneously measures the resistance of thermal control components.The device developed in this paper improves the test efficiency,reduces the resistance of testing wire,and improves the reliability and stability of the low-frequency cable conduction test.At present,the spacecraft lowfrequency cable testing device developed in this paper has been widely used in various fields of spacecraft.
