摘　　要：Spinarge lishui Liu,Li&Wei sp.nov.is described and illustrated from Jiulong National Wetland Park in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,China.A key to the species groups and the seven Chinese species of Spinarge is given.记述中国浙江丽水市九龙国家湿地公园分布的刺背三节叶蜂属1新种:丽水刺背三节叶蜂Spinarge lishui Liu,Li&Wei sp.nov.。给出了刺背三节叶蜂属世界分种团和中国种类检索表。
