摘 要:采用微波水热法制备出四方相白钨矿结构的BaWO4:Eu^(3+)/Bi^(3+)荧光粉,研究表面活性剂种类和离子掺杂量对产物形貌和性能的影响,并使用X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪对合成产物进行表征。结果表明:在不同表面活性剂下,可以合成出椭圆状、束状、类八面体状的BaWO_(4)晶体。Eu^(3+)/Bi^(3+)的掺杂使得合成产物形貌向骨棒状结构转变。BaWO4:Eu^(3+)/Bi^(3+)可以被近紫外光(394 nm)有效激发,并在613 nm处显示最强发射峰。Bi^(3+)可以改善产物形貌的均一性并有效敏化Eu^(3+),使得合成产物表现出更优异的红光性能。The BaWO4:Eu^(3+)/Bi^(3+) phosphor with tetragonal scheelite structure were prepared by the microwave hydrothermal method.The effects of surfactant type and ion doping amount on the morphology and properties of the products were studied.The as-prepared product was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and luminescence spectrometer.Results showed that the elliptical-like,bundle-like and octahedral-like BaWO4 crystals could be synthesized in the presence of different surfactants.The morphology of the synthesized product changed to a bone-like structure under the doping of Eu^(3+)/Bi^(3+).BaWO_(4):Eu^(3+)/Bi^(3+) could be stimulated by near ultraviolet light(394 nm),and the strongest emission peak was shown at 613 nm.The product exhibited superior red-emission properties due to uniform product morphology and the effective sensitization of Eu^(3+)by Bi^(3+).
