摘　　要：齐鲁塑料厂1^(#)高密度聚乙烯装置成功实现超高速加工HDPE通信电缆绝缘料QHJ02的工业化生产。其性能由国家电线电缆质检中心进行检测,达到了线缆制品出口欧盟的技术要求。QHJ02已逐步替代进口树脂,同时降低了国内通信电缆的生产成本。The industrial production of HDPE QHJ02 insulation material for communication cable by ultra-high processing speed was successfully realized in 1^(#)HDPE unit of Qilu Plastics Complex.Performance of QHJ02 was tested by the National Wire and Cable Quality Inspection Center,which met technical requirements of the cable products exporting to European Union.The imported resin was gradually replaced by QHJ02,and the production cost of domestic communication cable was reduced.
