摘 要:采用过渡金属模板法制备铂镍合金催化剂,研究内容主要包括:首先通过溶剂热还原法制备纳米镍模板,使镍模板与氯铂酸发生置换反应,合成出一系列不同铂镍摩尔比的纳米合金催化剂。通过透射电镜对形貌进行表征;进行碳负载后,采用X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱对其进行结构表征,并对其电化学催化氧还原反应性能进行研究。测试结果表明:在碱性条件下,PtNi/C的起始电位为1.047 V、半波电位为0.839 V、塔菲尔斜率为81 mV/dec,表现出最优的氧还原反应活性;在酸性条件下,PtNi4/C的起始电位为1.021 V、半波电位为0.842 V、塔菲尔斜率为97.6 mV/dec,表现出最优的氧还原反应活性。In this paper,Pt-Ni alloy catalysts were prepared by the transition metal template method.The main contents of the research include:nano-Ni template was prepared by solvent thermal reduction method,a series of nano-alloy catalysts with different Pt to Ni ratios(molar ratio)were synthesized by replacement reaction between the nickel template and chloroplatinic acid.The morphology was characterized by transmission electron microscopy.After carbon loading,the nano-alloy catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the electrochemical catalytic oxygen reduction reaction performance was also investigated.Results indicated that under alkaline condition and parameters as follows,initial potential is 1.047 V,the half-wave potential is 0.839 V,and the Tafel slope is 81 mV/dec,PtNi/C showed the best oxygen reduction reaction activity.Under acidic condition and parameters as follows,initial potential is 1.021V,the half-wave potential is 0.842 V,and the Tafel slope is 97.6 mV/dec,PtNi/C showed the best oxygen reduction reaction activity.
