摘 要:通过6种不同牌号溶聚丁苯橡胶进行系统的试验及分析,研究其加工使用性能优劣,区分出适合低温轮胎开发的耐寒胶种、适合安全轮胎开发的抗湿滑性能优异的胶种、适合综合性能提升的Payne效应较低的胶种、适合耐磨配方的胶种等,对合成胶为主的胎面配方的开发起到了很好的指导作用,为提高轮胎的质量和性能提供了依据。Through the systematic test and analysis of six different grades of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber,the advantages and disadvantages in processability and usage performance of each grade rubber were studied.Rubbers with different characteristic were distinguished,such as the cold resistant rubber suitable for development of low-temperature tire,the rubber with excellent wet skid resistance suitable for development of safety tire,the rubber with low Payne effect suitable for improvement on comprehensive performance,the rubber suitable for wear-resistant tire formula and so on.The study played good guiding role in development of synthetic rubber based tread formula,and provided a basis for improving the quality and performance of tires.
