摘  要:对中国石化北京燕山分公司合成橡胶厂回收装置循环氯甲烷塔塔底进料泵的故障进行分析,确定了该泵长期以来故障率高的根本原因,即7.8 kW屏蔽泵气蚀抽空造成的转子轴向力不平衡。在该泵入口加装新设计的诱导轮后,有效改善了该泵的运行条件,且大幅降低了该泵的故障率。By analyzing fault in the bottom feedstock pump of the circulating methyl chloride tower in recovery unit of Synthetic Rubber Plant of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Branch Company,the fundamental cause of the high failure rate of the pump for a long time was determined,namely the imbalance of rotor axial force caused by cavitation evacuation of 7.8 kW canned motor pump.Through technical measures,the newly designed inducer was installed at the pump inlet,which effectively improved operating conditions of the pump and greatly reduced failure rate of the pump.
