摘　　要：分析丁辛醇装置超负荷运行下,辛烯醛蒸发器进料线短时间内出现多处漏点的原因,并根据具体情况给出了解决方案。方案实施后,辛醇装置超负荷运行正常,辛烯醛蒸发器进料线也再未发生泄漏,保证了该装置的安全稳定运行。The causes of multiple leakage points in the feedstock line of octenal evaporator in a short time were analyzed,and the solution project according to the specific situation was put forward.After implementation of the solution project,overload operation of the octenal unit was normal,no leakage happened in the feedstock line of octenal evaporator,safe and stable operation of the device was ensured.
