摘　　要：根据ASME规范设计制作的全堆焊烟道,解决了转炉烟道承受高温及交变应力、粉尘冲刷磨损等导致的烟道漏水短寿命问题,这可以为转炉烟道的新工艺提供参考,能够推动我国转炉烟道设备的技术进步。The whole overlaid flue designed and manufactured according to ASME code solves the problems of flue leakage and short life caused by high temperature,alternating stress,dust erosion and wear,which can provide reference for new technology of converter flue and promote the technical progress of converter flue equipment in China.
