摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)-6、降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与老年肺部感染患者预后的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年8月至2020年4月该院收治的276例老年肺部感染患者的临床资料,按照预后情况分为存活组(n=229)和死亡组(n=47),比较两组IL-6、PCT、CRP水平,并采用Spearman秩相关性分析,分析IL-6、PCT、CRP水平与老年肺部感染患者预后的相关性。结果:死亡组IL-6、PCT和CRP水平均明显高于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关性分析结果显示,IL-6、PCT和CRP水平与老年肺部感染患者预后死亡呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:IL-6、PCT和CRP水平与老年肺部感染患者预后死亡呈正相关。Objective:To explore correlations among interleukin(IL)-6,procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and prognosis of elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods:The clinical data of 276 elderly patients with pulmonary infection admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to April 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the prognosis,they were divided into survival group(n=229)and death group(n=47).The levels of IL-6,PCT and CRP were compared between the two groups.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlations among the IL-6,PCT,CRP levels and the prognosis of these patients.Results:The levels of IL-6,PCT and CRP in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the IL-6,PCT and CRP levels were positively correlated with the prognosis and death of the elderly patients with pulmonary infection(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of IL-6,PCT and CRP are positively correlated with the prognosis and death of the elderly patients with pulmonary infection.
