糖探APP饮食日记在糖尿病前期患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察糖探APP饮食日记在糖尿病前期患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年12月至2019年12月该院收治的70例糖尿病前期患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合糖探APP饮食日记护理,比较两组护理前后空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平和护理依从性。结果:护理后,两组空腹血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组饮食控制、血糖监测、到院复查护理依从性评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用糖探APP饮食日记护理,可降低糖尿病前期患者空腹血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖水平,提高护理依从性评分,其效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of glucose exploration APP diet diary in nursing of patients with prediabetes.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with prediabetes admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 35 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was combined with glucose exploration APP diet diary nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The fasting blood glucose level,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level and the nursing compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the fasting blood glucose levels and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of diet control,blood glucose monitoring,hospital review and other nursing compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the glucose exploration APP diet diary nursing can reduce the fasting blood glucose levels of the patients with prediabetes and the 2h postprandial blood glucose levels,and improve the nursing compliance score.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
