摘 要:社科院既是哲学社会科学界“五路大军”之一,也是智库界五大主体之一,社科院专家的“参谋”角色正是在这种独特的身份演进中逐渐得到认可。这一现象也是社科院专家从传统治学范式转变为支撑科学决策体系的现代治学范式的体现。但在角色转变过程中,社科院专家面临来自政府机构、社会组织、公众等利益相关者对其多重角色期望和角色扮演的压力,难免因角色固化、角色冲突和角色迷茫影响“参谋”职能的发挥。文章从角色理论视角出发,剖析社科院专家从学者型向参谋型转变过程中面临的角色期望和角色扮演,以及社会角色期望与实际角色扮演之间产生的偏差——角色困境,重新对角色进行建构,以期为中国特色哲学社会科学研究者寻求新的身份认同提供有益见解。文章倡导社科院专家重构自我学术生态,转变传统治学范式,践行“三力”要求,即学术治学理念和家国情怀的“坚守力”,找准角色定位;积极应对多种角色期望的“适应力”,增进角色认同;努力实现“四个转变”的“突破力”,完成角色学习,从而多方位多角度地为服务政府公共决策提供强有力的社科力量,当好参谋助手。The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences is not only one of the five most important social sciences research institutions,but also a leading think tank.The role of“advisor”by academy experts has been gradually recognized in a unique path of identity evolution.This phenomenon is also a powerful manifestation of the transformation from a traditional academic paradigm to a modern paradigm that supports scientific decision-making systems.However,academy experts are facing pressure from multiple role expectations and role performance from different stakeholders such as the government,social organizations and the public in the process of role change.It is inevitable that the performance of“advisor”will be affected by role stereotyping,role conflict and role confusion.From the perspective of role theory,this article analyzes the role transformation process of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences experts from a scholar to an advisor,as well as the dilemma between role expectations and role performance.By reconstructing their role,the authors hope to provide useful insights for Chinese researchers in philosophy and social sciences to look for a new identity.This article also advocates experts to reconstruct their own academic ecology,change their traditional and inherent scholarly paradigm,and fulfil the requirements of following targets.The first target is to strengthen academic scholarship,nurture the love for motherland,and define the proper role.The second target is to improve the ability for responding to multiple role expectations and enhance role recognition.The third target is to enhance the innovation power for achieving the"four transformations"and play the complete role.In this way,a strong social sciences force will be available to serve public decision-making by the government in a multi-level and multi-angle manner;and academy experts will become good advising assistants.
