中台在国家图书馆的应用思考

摘　　要：文章从中台战略思维出发,探索立足于国家图书馆现状、释放海量数据资源更大价值、降低维护成本和提升快速创新能力的信息化解决方案;分析国家图书馆信息化建设现状,从中台治理数据的本质出发,阐述基于数据中台、业务中台的国家图书馆中台架构,并对重建组织管理模式提出建议。This paper tries to explore an information solution based on the middle platform for the National Library of China(NLC),aiming to release the greater value of its massive data resources,reduce its maintenance cost and improve its ability of rapid innovation.It first analyzes the current situation of NLC’s information construction as well as the middle platform’s essence of governing data.It then proposes a middle platform framework for NLC,and puts forward some suggestions on how to reconstruct its organization and management.The result shows that the middle platform could help to precipitate massive heterogeneous data,and form a big data asset layer which is stable and reliable,convenient and reusable,efficient and easy to reuse.In short,the middle platform could help NLC to promote the large-scale innovation of its service platforms,so as to better meet the emerging needs of library users.
