基于行政区划调整的跨界旅游区-区域经济耦合关联分析——以巢湖旅游区为例

摘　　要：行政区划是影响跨界旅游区发展的主要因素之一.运用灰色关联分析法构建跨界旅游区与区域交互作用的关联度模型与耦合模型,以巢湖市行政区划调整为例,揭示巢湖跨界旅游区与区域耦合的主要影响因素及耦合关系,对比分析区划调整前后,巢湖旅游区与区域系统的耦合状况.结果表明:巢湖跨界旅游区与区域系统耦合的机制错综复杂且关系密切,两系统指标呈现出中度及以上的关联性;行政区划调整之前,各层级巢湖旅游区与区域耦合度较低,呈现低水平耦合态势,行政区划调整之后,各层级巢湖旅游区与区域耦合度大幅提升,包河旅游区与区域耦合度最高,进入拮抗阶段,其余均为磨合耦合阶段.合理的行政区划调整是推动跨界旅游区整合发展的有效途径之一,为研究跨界旅游合作提供新的研究视角.Administrative division is one of the main factors that block the development of cross-border tourism areas.Using the method of grey correlative analysis,taking Chaohu as an example,the article built a correlation model and a coupling model of the interaction between the cross-border tourism area and the region of Chaohu,reveal the main influence factors and coupling relations of the cross-border tourism area and region system,and analyzing its coupling condition before and after the adjustment of administrative division.The results show that the coupling mechanism between the cross-border tourism area and region system is complex and closely connected with each other,two system indexes present a moderate and more relevance;Before the adjustment of administrative division,the coupling condition of each hierarchy of tourism areas and regions of Chaohu present low level coupling that all levels of the coupling degrees are low,after the adjustment of administrative division,all levels of the coupling degrees increased dramatically that the value of Baohe region is the highest with entering antagonistic stage,the others all is running in coupling phase.Thus the authors think that reasonable administrative division adjustment is one of the effective ways to promote the integrated development of cross-border tourism area.This study provides a new perspective for the research of cross-border tourism cooperation.
