摘　　要：目的分析军队住院患者出院带药特征,为做好军队医疗保障提供参考。方法选择2018年1月1日-2019年6月30日于某军队医院住院的军队患者为研究对象,利用描述统计、关联规则分析方法分析患者的基本特征、诊断和出院带药情况。结果军队出院带药患者541例,出院带药记录1 766条,人均出院带药3.26种,带药患者诊断以消化系统、循环系统和呼吸系统疾病为主。带药最多的品种为康复新液,其次是泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和维生素C片;最常联用的药品为泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊+康复新液、泮托拉唑钠肠溶片+康复新液、复合维生素B片+维生素C片。结论军队出院带药的品种以常用药物为主,基层医疗机构应加强保障能力建设,医院应采取措施加强合理带药监管,切实发挥好分级诊疗的作用。Objective To explore the characteristics of discharge medication for military hospitalized patients,and to enhance the military medical security.Methods Selected military patients who were hospitalized in a military hospital from January 1,2018 to June 30,2019 as the study objects,the descriptive statistics,association rules analysis methods was used to analyze the basic characteristics of the patients,diagnosis and discharge medication.Results A total of 541 patients were discharged with medicine,there were 1766 records of drug taking after discharge,per capita 3.26 per patient.Digestive system,circulation system and respiratory system disease were the mainly diagnosis of patients taking medicine.The most-carried varieties wereKangfuxinye,followed by pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and vitamin C tablets;The most commonly used drugs were pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules+Kangfuxinye,pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets+Kangfuxinye,multivitamin B tablets+vitamin C tablets.Conclusion The types of medicines that the military discharges are mainly commonly used medicines.Primary medical institutions should strengthen support capacity building,and hospitals should take measures to strengthen the supervision of rational drug delivery,and effectively play the role of graded diagnosis and treatment.
