摘  要:为满足循环湍动流化床(circulating turbulent fluidized bed,C-TFB)颗粒流动速度在线测量的迫切需求,基于阵列式静电传感器,设计了一种颗粒局部平均速度测量系统,并在C-TFB冷模装置上进行速度测量试验.测试结果表明:系统能够实现C-TFB颗粒局部平均速度在线准确测量;在一定条件下,颗粒流动稳定性随着C-TFB床高的下降而下降.Considering the imminent requirement of on-line measurement of particle flow velocity in circulating turbulent fluidized bed(C-TFB),a local particle mean velocity measurement system based on electrostatic sensor arrays is developed,and experimental researches on particle velocity measurement are carried out on a cold model of lab-scale C-TFB built by Key Laboratory of Low-Carbon Conversion Science and Engineering,Shanghai Advanced Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Science.Experimental results show that the measurement system is capable of achieving local mean velocity measurement of C-TFB conveyed particles and the particle flow stability decreases with the decrease of the bed height of C-TFB under certain conditions.
