摘　　要：通过107液体硅橡胶烷氧基封端改性,制备了单组分透明型烷氧基封端脱醇有机硅密封胶。主要考察了气相二氧化硅及助剂对密封胶固化速度、力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:通过对107液体硅橡胶的封端改性,密封胶显示出更好的贮存稳定性;疏水型气相二氧化硅可赋予胶料更好的透明性,其用量的增大,提升了拉伸强度;交联剂用量在3.5~5.0份之间,随着其用量增大,延缓了固化速度,同时提高了密封胶固化后的交联密度;SIVO 203粘接适用性较好,KH-550及SIVO 203搭配使用时,粘接固化后的密封胶具有良好的耐水煮性能。One-component transparent alkoxy-terminated dealcoholized silicone sealant was prepared by107 liquid silicone rubber. The effects of fumed silica and additives on the curing speed and mechanical properties of sealant were mainly investigated. The research results showed that the sealant had better storage stability through the end capping modification of 107 liquid silicone rubber. Hydrophobic fumed silica could give better transparency to the compound,and the increase of its dosage improved the tensile strength. The amount of crosslinking agent was between 3.5-5.0 phrs,and the increase of its dosage could delay the curing speed and improved the crosslinking density of the sealant after curing. SIVO 203 had relatively good bonding applicability,when KH-550 and SIVO203 were used together,the cured sealant had good boiling resistance.
