保肺定喘汤联合肺康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨保肺定喘汤联合肺康复训练对慢性阻寒性肺病稳定期患者临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2020年5月慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者46例,随机分成中药组和联合组,在首次入组前及治疗1个月后分别作症状评估(mMRC评分、CAT评分、中医症状评分)、6分钟步行试验、外周血氧饱和度、肺功能评估等指标检测,并对结果进行记录和分析。结果服药1个月后,联合组mMRC评分(P=0.047)、中医症状评分(P=0.035)、6分钟步行试验(P=0.045)、外周血氧饱和度(P=0.043)比中药组明显改善,但CA丁评分、肺功能(舒张前FVC、舒张后FVC、舒张前FEV1、舒张后FEV1、舒张前一秒率、舒张后一秒率)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保肺定喘汤联合肺康复比单用保肺定喘汤更能改善mMRC评分、中医症状评分、6分钟步行试验、外周血氧饱和度,但有待进一步大样本验证。Objective To study the cEnical effect of Baofei Dingchuan Decoction-combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period.Methods Patients who were screened for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization at the respiratory department of the hospital of Zhejiang provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2018-01 to 2020-05 were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and combined group.And symptom assessment(mMRC score,CAT score and TCM symptom scores),6 minutes walk test,peripheral blood oxygen saturation,pulmonaiy function were recorded and analyzed in the first time into the group before and 1 month after treatment respectively.Results After 1 month,the mMRC score(P=0.047),TCM symptom score(P=0.035),6 minutes walk test(P=0.045),peripheral blood oxygen saturation(P=0.043)of the combined group were statistically significant compared with those of the Chinese medicine group,but in improving.the CAT score,pulmonary function(FVC before diastolic,diastolic after FVC,diastolic FEVi,FEVi after diastolic,diastolic before a second rate,relaxation after a second rate)had no obvious differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination ofBaofei Dingchuan Decoction and pulmonary rehabilitation can improve mMRC score,TCM symptom score,6-minute walking test,and peripheral blood oxygen saturation more than the single use ofBaofei Dingchuan Decoction,but further large sample verification is needed.
