制霉素乳膏联合水杨酸酒精滴耳液治疗真菌性外耳道炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察制霉素乳膏联合水杨酸酒精滴耳液治疗真菌性外耳道炎的疗效。方法2018年1月至2019年12月真菌性外耳道炎患者102例,随机分为对照组与观察组各51例。对照组予水杨酸酒精滴耳液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合制霉素乳膏治疗,治疗3周,观察两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.08%高于对照组64.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论制霉素乳膏联合水杨酸酒精滴耳液治疗真菌性外耳道炎,临床效果优于水杨酸酒精滴耳液治疗。Objective To observe the effect of Nysfiingin cream combined with salicylic acid alcohol sol.on treating fungal otitis externa.Methods A total of 102 cases with fungal otitis externa admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomized into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with salicylic acid alcohol sol,while those in the observation group were given combined Nysfiingin cream treatment for 3 weeks on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results The overall response rate in the control group was 64.71%(33/51),which was lower than that of 96.08%(49/51)in the observation group,and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nysfiingin cream combined with salicyEc acid alcohol sol has superior cEnical effect on treating fungal otitis extema to salicylic acid alcohol sol alone.
