含三氯羟基二苯醚医用消毒耦合剂在小腿激光脱毛治疗中的应用

摘  要:目的观察医用消毒耦合剂(合三氣羟基二苯醚)对小腿激光脱毛治疗患者红斑皮疹、肿胀等皮肤并发症的影响。方法选择2020年5月至2021年4月首次接受小腿激光脱毛的悲者60例,采用自身左右腿对照,每位患者左侧小腿使用医用消毒耦合剂外涂在治疗区域(观察组),右小腿使用传统耦合剂外涂在治疗区域(对照组)。比较患者治疗即刻和术后0.5 h和1 h局部皮肤的疼痛程度和术后24 h治疗局部皮肤肿胀、红斑、毛囊炎等情况。结果观察组治疗后24 h患者皮肤红斑、肿胀、毛囊炎等并发症发生例数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗术后0.5 h和1 h疼痛程度均有显著下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用医用消毒耦合削能够减轻激光治疗后皮肤局部疼痛、红斑、肿胀、毛囊炎的发生,在预防术后皮肤并发症方面优于传统耦合剂。Objective To observe the effect of medical disinfectant coupling agent(including trichlorohydroxy diphenyl ether)on skin complications such as erythema tic rashes and swelling after leg laser hair removal.Methods According to the inclusion exclusion criteria,60 patients who received laser hair removal for the first time from May to April 2020 in the Department of Medical Cosmetology in the hospital in Hangzhou were selected and compared with their left and right legs,each subject's left calf was coated with a medical sterilizing coupling,while the right calf was coated with a traditional coupling.The local skin pain was compared immediately and 0.5 h and 1 h after treatment with local skin swelling,erythema and folliculitis 24 h after treatment.Results There were significant differences in the number of cases with skin erythema,swelling,folliculitis and other complications 24 hours after treatment(P<0.05).but the pain degree decreased significantly at 0.5 h and 1 h after treatment,and the degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of medical sterilizing coupling agent can significandy reduce the occurrence of local skin pain,erythema,swelling and folliculitis after laser treatment,and is superior to the traditional coupling agent in preventing postoperative skin complications.
