摘  要:以GH4169合金为研究对象,分析了激光功率、扫描速度、扫描间隔和扫描方式等工艺参数对选区激光熔化成形件表面品质的影响。对试验数据进行正交分析,观察不同工艺参数下成形件的表面品质。结果表明,当激光功率为320 W、扫描速率为1000 mm/s、扫描间隔为60μm、扫描旋转角度为67°、体能量密度为130~150 J/mm^(3)时,包层通道光滑、均匀、笔直,且搭接良好,表面几乎没有球化和粉末附着现象。因此,在该工艺窗口下GH4169成形件表面平整,品质较好,表面粗糙度(Ra)也相对较低。The effects of process parameters,including laser power,scanning speed,scanning interval and scanning strategy,on surface quality of selective laser melting(SLM)forming GH4169 alloy parts were analyzed.The experimental data was orthogonally analyzed and the surface of formed parts under different process parameters were observed.The results indicate that with the laser power of 320 W,the scanning speed of 1000 mm/s,the scanning interval of 60μm,the scanning rotation angle of 67°and the volume energy density in the range of 130~150 J/mm^(3),the cladding channels are smooth,even,straight,and especially well-lapped,and the spheroidization and powders adhesion phenomenon are absent on the surface.Therefore,the surface is flat with the desirable quality and the relatively low Ra value.
