摘 要:采用冶金法制备了Mg_(2)Ni_(0.9)Co_(0.1)储氢合金,通过XRD和SEM/EDS研究了合金的相组成和显微组织,利用PCT和DSC研究了合金的吸放氢性能。结果表明,铸态合金由包晶Mg_(2)Ni相、Mg-Mg_(2)Ni共晶组织和少量的先析出Mg-Ni-Co三元相组成,元素Co能够固溶在Mg_(2)Ni相中形成Mg_(2)(Ni,Co)固溶体相。合金吸氢后转化为Mg_(2)NiH_(4)相、Mg_(2)Ni_(0.9)Co_(0.1)H4相和MgH_(2)相。Co部分替代Mg_(2)Ni中的Ni,显著提高了合金的等温吸放氢动力学性能,Mg_(2)Ni_(0.9)Co_(0.1)氢化物的放氢温度明显降低,起始放氢温度约为200℃。The Mg_(2)Ni_(0.9)Co_(0.1)hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by metallurgical method,and the phase composition and microstructure of the alloy were invesiagted by XRD and SEM/EDS,meanwhile the hydrogen absorption and desorption properties of the alloy were anlyzed by PCT and DSC.The results reveal that the as-cast alloy is composed of peritectic Mg_(2)Ni phase,Mg-Mg_(2)Ni eutectic structure and a small amount of the first precipitated Mg-Ni-Co ternary phase.The element Co can be dissolved in the Mg_(2)Ni phase to form a Mg_(2)(Ni,Co)solid solution phase.The alloy is transformed into Mg_(2)NiH_(4)phase,Mg_(2)Ni_(0.9)Co_(0.1)H4 phase and MgH_(2)phase after hydrogen absorption.The partial substitution of Co for Ni in the Mg_(2)Ni significantly improves the isothermal de-/hydrogenationkinetic properties of the alloy,and the hydrogen release temperature of Mg_(2)Ni_(0.9)Co_(0.1)hydride is significantly reduced.The initial hydrogen release temperature is about 200℃.
