摘  要:高品质铝熔体是获得高性能铝铸件的前提保证。鉴于现有技术加工微孔喷嘴石墨转子存在困难的现状,提出了一种新思路,将金属3D打印技术与石墨化技术结合,开发出一种兼具优异力学性能及孔结构的新型多孔碳石墨材料。通过从模板成形、合成方法等方面阐述多孔碳石墨材料的研究进展,论证了该方案的可行性,为后续新型石墨转子研发提供参考。High quality aluminum alloy melt is the premise for producing aluminum castings with high performance. In view of the difficulty to obtain graphite impeller with small nozzles by traditional process technology, an innovative idea was proposed. By combining selective laser melting technology and graphite preparation technique, a novel porous carbon-graphite material with excellent mechanical properties and porous structure was developed. The research progress in the porous carbon-graphite material in aspects of framework preparation and synthesis method were reviewed, and the feasibility of the novel idea was demonstrated, providing reference for developing subsequent new type novel graphite impeller.
