摘 要:对比Al-Si合金活塞不同铸造工艺及不同本体含氢量条件下,高能电子束重熔技术对活塞喉口显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在相同重熔工艺条件下,重力铸造试样的熔深大于挤压铸造的,重熔区的硬度也较挤压铸造的低;当挤压铸造试样中每100 g铝氢含量高于0.25 mL或重力铸造试样氢含量高于0.15 mL时,重熔区边界易出现微观孔洞。在相同铸造工艺条件下,氢含量高的比氢含量低的容易出现微观孔洞,在相同氢含量下重力铸造比挤压铸造容易出现微观孔洞。The effects of high energy electron beam remelting on the microstructure and properties of piston throat were compared under different casting processes and hydrogen content.The results show that under the same process parameters of high energy electron beam remelting,the penetration of gravity casting piston sample is greater than that of squeeze casting piston sample,and the hardness of remelting zone is lower than that of squeeze casting piston.When the hydrogen content is higher than 0.25 mL/100 g for squeeze casting samples,or the hydrogen content is higher than 0.15 mL/100 g for gravity casting samples,so there is a high probability of micro holes in the boundary of remelting zone.Under the same casting conditions,the high hydrogen content is easier to cause micro holes than the low hydrogen content,and under the same hydrogen content,the micro holes in gravity casting piston are more likely to appear than that of squeeze casting piston during remelting.
