摘　　要：智慧型供应链是新一代技术信息技术革命中发展起来的新型供应链模式,促使传统供应链的组织和管理方式发生着革命性变革.作为新兴学科领域,将供应链管理专业引入高校学科建设中,培养智慧型供应链人才是适应我国经济结构和产业结构调整、升级的迫切要求.通过对网站岗位招聘信息进行数据处理,从智慧型供应链特征、智慧型供应链人才需求特征以及本科供应链管理专业建设路径三个方面,对智慧型供应链人才培养进行探索.Wisdom supply chain is a new supply chain mode developed in the new generation of information technology revolution,which makes the organization and management mode of supply chain undergo a revolutionary change. As a new discipline field,it is urgent to introduce the supply chain management specialty into the discipline construction of universities. Training intelligent supply chain management talents is an urgent requirement to adapt to the adjustment and upgrading of China’s economic structure and industrial structure. Based on the data mining of information on the job recruitment website,this paper explores undergraduate training of intelligent supply chain talents from three aspects:characteristics of intelligent supply chain,demand characteristics of its talents and construction of undergraduate supply chain management major.
