摘　　要：目的探讨祛风利湿颗粒治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将93例丘疹性荨麻疹患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组48例,予口服祛风利湿颗粒治疗,对照组45例,予口服盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,2组均同时外用地奈德乳膏。7d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后判断疗效,并在停药2个月后进行随访判断复发率,比较远期疗效。结果治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率80%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P>0.05);复发率治疗组(4.7%)低于对照组(13.8%)(P<0.05)。结论祛风利湿颗粒治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹临床效果好,复发率低。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Qufeng Lishi Granules in the treatment of papular urticaria in children.Methods:93 children with papular urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,48 cases were treated with Qufeng Lishi granules orally,and 45 cases in the control group were treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride drops.Desonide cream was used externally in both groups at the same time.7 day was a course of treatment,and the curative effect was judged after the end of the course of treatment,and the recurrence rate was judged by 2-month follow-up after the drug was stopped,and the long-term curative effect was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group(4.7%)was lower than that of the control group(13.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Lishi Granules has a good clinical effect in the treatment of papular urticaria in children,and the recurrence rate is low.
