清热外洗散联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗足癣疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察清热外洗散联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗足癣的临床疗效。【方法】将60例足癣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予1%联苯苄唑乳膏外擦治疗,治疗组给予清热外洗散联合1%联苯苄唑乳膏外擦治疗,疗程为4周。观察2组患者的临床疗效及疗程结束3个月后的复发情况,并评价2组的安全性。【结果】(1)治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组为86.7%(26/30);组间比较(秩和检验),治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)疗程结束3个月后随访,治疗组的复发率为14.3%(4/28),对照组为26.9%(7/26);组间比较(χ^(2)检验),治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗过程中,2组患者均未发生不良反应。【结论】清热外洗散联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗足癣安全有效,且复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Waixi Powder combined with Bifonazole Cream for the treatment of tinea pedis. Methods Sixty patients with tinea pedis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given external application of 1% Bifonazole Cream, and the treatment group was given external application of Qingre Waixi Powder combined with 1%Biphenazole Cream, the treatment lasting 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the recurrence 3 months after the treatment in the two groups were observed, and the clinical safety of the two groups was evaluated. Results(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%(28/30)in the treatment group and was 86.7%(26/30)in the control group. The intergroup comparison by rank sum test showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The follow-up 3 months after the treatment showed that the recurrence rate was 14.3%(4/28)in the treatment group and was 26.9%(7/26)in the control group. The intergroup comparison by chi-square test showed that the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Qingre Waixi Powder combined with Bifonazole Cream is safe and effective for the treatment of tinea pedis,and the clinical recurrence rate is low.
