摘　　要：切肛工序是家禽屠宰加工自动掏膛生产线中的第一道工序。为了实现自动切肛,提高切肛合格率,达到精准切肛,研发3种切肛技术:真空吸附肛门切肛、机械夹持肛门切肛、智能化切肛。3种切肛技术的合格率依次为:75%、78%、96%,采用智能化切肛技术是自动掏膛生产线的发展方向。The anus-cutting process was the first process in the automatic evisceration production line of poultry slaughtering and processing.In order to realize automatic anus-cutting,improve the qualified rate of anus-cutting and achieve the accurate anus-cutting,three kinds of anus-cutting technologies were developed including vacuum adsorption anus-cutting,mechanical clamping anus-cutting and intelligent anus-cutting.The qualified rates of three kinds of anus-cutting technology were 75%,78%and 96%respectively.The intelligent anus-cutting technology was adopted,and it was the development direction of automatic evisceration production line.
