四川省直属医疗机构医务人员手卫生监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解医务人员手卫生状况,为进一步加强手卫生工作提供依据。方法2014-2020年依据GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》,通过采样及实验检测,对四川省直属16所医疗机构的医务人员手卫生状况进行监测。应用SPSS 20.0软件处理数据,率之间的比较采用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2014-2020年期间,四川省直属医疗机构医务人员手卫生平均总合格率为98.60%,年度合格率在97.31%~99.65%之间。合格率较高且处于相对稳定的水平。护士手合格率略高于医生手、外科手合格率略高于卫生手,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术室手卫生合格率高于骨伤科,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四川省直属医疗机构医务人员手卫生质量整体较好,但仍存在部分问题,应持续加强手卫生工作,进一步提高医务人员手卫生质量。Objective To understand the hand hygiene status of medical staff so as to provide a basis for further strengthening hand hygiene.Methods According to the Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene Standards(GB 15982-2012),the hand hygiene status of medical staff in 16 medical institutions directly under Sichuan Province was tested.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data,and the chi-square tests were used to compare the rates,and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results During the period 2014-2020,the average overall pass rate of hand hygiene of medical staff was 98.60%in medical institutions directly under Sichuan Province,and the annual pass rate ranged between 97.31%and 99.65%.The pass rate is relatively high and at a relatively stable level.The qualification rate of nurse hands was slightly higher than that of doctors,and the qualification rate of surgical hands was slightly higher than that of sanitary hands,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pass rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in operating room was higher than that in orthopedics and traumatology(P<0.05).Conclusion The hand hygiene quality of medical staff is generally good in medical institutions directly under Sichuan Province,but there are still some problems.It is necessary to continue to strengthen hand hygiene work to further improve the hand hygiene quality of medical staff.
