2020年烟台市居民流感疫苗接种意愿调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解烟台市居民流感疫苗接种情况,探讨影响居民流感疫苗接种的主要因素。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法,于2020-06通过扫描二维码线上调查的方式对2203名居民进行问卷调查,收集调查对象流感疫苗的接种情况及其影响接种意愿的原因,采用SPSS 21.0软件进行χ2检验及Logistic回归分析。结果2203名调查对象中,2019年流感疫苗接种率为26.78%(590/2203),多因素分析结果显示,年龄、职业分布、受教育程度是流感疫苗的接种率的影响因素。2020年流感疫苗的接种意愿为57.14%(1259/2203)。944人无接种流感疫苗意愿,其中390人认为“自身体质好,无需接种”;175人“担心疫苗的安全”;159人“对疫苗相关知识不了解”;146人“认为疫苗的保护力有限”;108人“疫苗费用高”;47人“接种不便利”。多因素分析显示,年龄和职业分布是流感疫苗接种意愿的影响因素。结论2020年烟台市居民流感疫苗接种意愿强烈,接种需求增加。在流感流行季节,通过机关事业单位内部大培训和社区宣传等健康教育方式,提高30~60岁的人员的流感疫苗接种,减轻秋冬季流感和新冠肺炎的防控压力。Objective To understand the flu vaccination intentions of residents in Yantai City,and to explore the main factors affecting the flu vaccination of residents.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 2203 residents by scanning the QR code online survey to collect the influenza vaccination status of the surveyed subjects and the reasons for affecting the willingness to vaccinate.SPSS 21.0 software was used for Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis.Results Among the 2203 respondents,the 2019 influenza vaccination coverage rate was 26.78%(590/2203).Multivariate analysis showed that age,occupation distribution and education level may influence influenza vaccination coverage.The willingness to receive influenza vaccine in 2020 is 57.14%(1259/2203).About 944 respondents did not want to be vaccinated against influenza,390 of whom believed that they had good health and did not need to be vaccinated,175 were“concerned about the safety of vaccines”,159“had no knowledge of vaccines”,146 considered“vaccine protection is limited”,108 considered“vaccine cost were high”,Forty-seven were that“vaccination was not convenient”.Multivariate analysis showed that age and occupation distribution were likely factors influencing influenza vaccination intentions.Conclusion In 2020,Yantai residents will have a strong desire for influenza vaccination,and the demand for vaccination will increase.During the influenza season,health education methods,such as internal training and community publicity,should be adopted to improve influenza vaccination for people aged 30 to 60 years,and reduce the pressure of prevention and control of influenza and COVID-19 in autumn and winter.
