摘 要:为解决蓝绿藻细胞计数法等只能间隔性采样检测、无法实现在线实时检测及人工成本高的问题,本文设计了一种荧光激发原理的新型藻蓝蛋白测量仪,可实现原位实时测试。通过严谨的试验,证明该方法具有线性度好、安装方便、使用寿命长、使用范围广、维护方便、性能稳定等优点,适用于检测水库、湖泊、水产养殖等藻类的增长趋势检测。In order to solve the problems that the blue-green algae cell counting method can only sample and detect at intervals, cannot achieve online real-time detection, and has high labor costs, this paper designs a new type of phycocyanin measuring instrument with fluorescence excitation principle that can realize in-situ real-time testing. Through rigorous tests, it is proved that this method has the advantages of good linearity, convenient installation, long service life, wide application range, convenient maintenance, and stable performance. It is suitable for detecting the growth trend of algae in reservoirs, lakes, aquaculture, etc.
