摘 要:分别在大兴安岭地区和三江平原地区的灰脉薹草(Carex appendiculata)沼泽中各布设了18个采样点,采集土壤样品;通过温室萌发实验,研究两个地区灰脉薹草沼泽土壤种子库特征及其与环境因子的关系。研究结果表明,大兴安岭地区和三江平原地区灰脉薹草沼泽土壤萌发的植物物种组成具有显著差异,大兴安岭地区灰脉薹草沼泽土壤萌发的物种数量和植株数量显著小于三江平原地区;大兴安岭和三江平原地区灰脉薹草沼泽土壤萌发的各物种的植株数量与年降水量、年平均气温、土壤有机质含量和土壤氮、磷含量关系密切,环境变量可以解释两个地区植物物种组成差异的19.6%,其中,大兴安岭地区土壤萌发的植物物种组成主要受气候因素的影响,而三江平原地区土壤萌发的植物物种组成受气候因素和人类活动的共同影响;大兴安岭地区和三江地区灰脉薹草沼泽土壤萌发的物种数量和所有物种的植株数量与纬度显著负相关,与经度、年平均气温、年降水量显著正相关。Soil samples were collected respectively at 36 sites in Carex appendiculata marshes in the Great Khingan Mountains and Sanjiang Plain areas,and an experiment of seeds germinated from the soil samples was performed in a greenhouse to evaluate the characteristics of soil seed banks in the areas and their relationships with environmental factors.The results showed that the species composition of plant species germinated from the soil Carex appendiculata marshes was obvious different between 2 areas.The numbers of species and plants germinated from the soil in Carex appendiculata marshes in the Great Khingan Mountains area were significantly lower than those in Sanjiang Plain area.The number of species was closely related to annual precipitation,mean annual temperature,contents of soil organic matter and total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the Great Khingan Mountains and Sanjiang Plain areas.Environmental variables could explain 19.6%of the variation in species composition in 2 areas.The species composition of plant germinated from the soil in the Great Khingan Mountains area was mainly affected by climate factors,while it was affected by both climate and human activities in the Sanjiang Plain area.The numbers of species and plants of all species germinated from the soil in Carex appendiculata marshes in 2 area were significantly negatively correlated with latitude,and positively correlated with longitude,mean annual temperature and annual precipitation,respectively.
